NP... since 2/23 I have eaten less than 1k a day, have lost 3lbs, -1" chest; -2" stomach, -2.5" hips... due to daily exercises, including cardio and strength, I eat 5-6 small meals a day... This is what works for me, and trust I totally understand what you are saying..

I'll take my chances of continuing to loose inches and a 1.5 a week than stuff my stomach beyond a busting point.. Exercise and cutting my meals in 1/2 or eating 5-6…

i wish my b/f would join me as well. i am the one that cooks the meals, so most days he has no choice but to eat the healthy meals that i cook. and surprisingly he says they are good and he is full. now if i could just get him to join me on the exercising. he always says he will start, usually "monday, i'll start monday".…

for me i dont see the change either, but my b/f noticed last night that i am much toner and he can tell a huge difference in my body being more defined. since 2/23 i have only lost 3lbs but more inches. good job on your success
