is there a particular "if i may ask" reason you are on Razor or pointing to DMAA... I use GNC products and it has helped me lot and works really well globally....but i am sure there are many others... pre-workouts are necessary, but you can always substitute

You shud be able to find that or change it in your Goals tab. Also suggest you ti try and bit of reading in the forums....just type key pointer like "calorie management", deficit, pls make sure you log everything you eat...and take it slow for the first 2 weeks....give yourself some time to acclimatize to the new process…

yes, it works and somehow its been giving me a whole lot of energy to push for strength training just afterwards. I do the 1min on 5.0 walk and 1 min at 8.0 sprint for 10 times or more....and im drenched....

love sweating off after say 20mns on the treadmill or lifting heavy weights....but this may not necessarily be the reason for getting down, since every person is so very different. Probably guess you can even tie it to your BMI and ability to sweat.

true, but its such a pain to not binge on spicy indian's. i wud agree to give it a good go, now and then.
