One thing definitely helps is a BCAA drink (ON Amino energy or something similar) with (or without) some coffee tabs / drink about 15 mns before your start (earliest, or earlier the better, 30 mns the best).... • I have never looked at my Sugar or for that matter even Sodium/potassium etc...i don't even log it, but others like to Kudos on the exercise part, as that will moderate your daily sugar levels and bring that normalcy....try doing cardio/weights if you are really high on a particular days... • most of time i'm under my "added up calorie goals, because I just cant eat my exercise calories. Till now I hv had no issues at all and i suggest if you can consume about 70-80% of your added on "final" calorie value, that shud be a good start. Lotsa water also kills some of my appetitie
  • Above all comments are well defined already. Try eating atleast 70% when you already are on MFP cal deficit....more healthy, long lasting and definitely better suited for me.... but i will pt. to one more thing to notice is drinking water, more importantly timing of it, you may want to check if you are drinking "too much"…
  • Are you keen on Protein shakes, they are really good for pre-workout as energy and metabolic boosters, with strawberry or half-banana...milk based chocolate milk is also a suggested add-on or you can try high protein foods like eggs or oats with water, since they can digest and also help with energy.... I use whey protein…
