My BMR is 2600 a day, I'm Male 37yrs old, with exercise Im only eating around 300 a day, BMR means what we would burn if we slept for 24hours and did nothing else. 420 is 100% wrong !!

all eating breakfast does is kick start ketosis, your fat burning furnace.......

did you know that only 5% of calories are consumed drinking alcohol ?? so say a bottle of wine is 500 calories only 50 are digested into the body, however alcohols chemicals stop fat burning !!!

You should aim to do 1 hour of cardio when in the gym and 30 mins of weights, the first 30 minutes of your workout your only burning stored carbs, the second 30 your body will be burning fat, which if weight loss is the required result is what you need to do, easy exercise is to walk at a steady pace uphill…

Ive suffered with Anxiety since in my teens and Im 37 now and I had mild depression in 2010 as my dad had cancer. I'm on citilapram now and the attacks are very sparse so all sorted yay dont suffer in silence its more common than you may think.......keep it up in the gym the endorphines are addictive !!

Simples. Have a 2 banana smoothie, mix them with 200mls of semi skimmed milk tad of honey and drink it on the way too work, this will be around 400 calories (average banana) and it will keep you energised until lunch time, then have a wholemeal bread sandwich either chciken or turkey. Yum Yum
