YES eat your exercise calories back!!! Like other people have said, think of it as fuelling your body. I eat back all of mine and I am still losing weight, just try to eat healthy. Only thing I would recommend is getting a HRM or something similar that will calculate your actual calories burned... mFP does tend to over…

I like this programme, particularly because people like me before I came onto MFP, I honestly didn't realise how many calories I was eating. I knew I ate crap but never thought it was as bad as it was. Although yes it's repetitive and a bit boring for people like us who already no to log everything we eat, I do hope it…

Great to hear some stories about your struggles. I too have this skin disease and it is very painful. Since being on MFP and dramatically increasing exercise it has gotten worse. Buying grapes at local market tomorrow I'm going to have to try it! Filling and yummy snack I'm into right now Is 1tbsp smooth peanut butter stirred into a mashed banana- sooo nice and gets rid of hunger for a while! :)

I hope so! I too have thrown my scales away! I am currently going by measurements. I will probably continue to weigh myself at gym or docs maybe once a month, but like you I used to get so down and upset about what the stupid scales say! It should be about how you feel not some number. Good luck :) x
