I do a lowww carb high protein life style and I don't have cravings~ Carrots, watermelon, and all those are high carbs and cause more cravings and you'll feel hungry. Just my 2 cents... but someday try an Atkins type life style... low carb/high protein... Good luck! :)

the carrots sounded good until you said "Shake and Bake"... you mean the breading OR do you mean shake and bake with the seasonings like used on the green beans...? Shake and Bake is to high carbs...and sodium...

for me, in counting carbs, spaghetti squash is a bit to high in carbs... BUT I used to eat it and did love it. With butter or sauces... Just right now as I have reach my goal I am looking for something for lower carbs~ but PLEASE keep telling me your thoughts and/or suggestions.

spaghetti squash has about 10 carbs for 1 cup... I am looking at something lower. I have used it and LOVE it! Thank you for giving me a reply!! :) Every input helps me make this list I am working on. That is added to it now :)

anything you add... adds carbs. Fruit... look out. Even Coco has carbs. I'm doing Atkins... so I watch what I add. That brand of shakes... for me... I add 2 pks of stevia~

I count carbs... not calories. I keep an eye on them... so I'm not way out there with calories. I do replace a meal with a protein shake if I am on the go. It's better to have that shake then skip a meal. Your shake recipe sounds Yummy!!!!
