i try to add more calories with out them being empty calories but its so hard.. you try training your brain to eat less for a diet and now its eating more? thanks for all the suggestions I really need some help.. i just started using this program this month and I am still learning. Started dieting in Jan. so far 15 pounds!

i am too "stuck" on my weight loss... which is why I joined this program. My goals showed me I am also not taking in enough calories.. this week is the first week since joining I am really trying to "snack" more and up my calorie intake! Good luck on yours and I hope we made the right decision!
