First time on this board. Riding goal 30 miles per week. Doesn't sound like much, but I also golf 3-4 times a week so time is an issue. So far for March: Week 1: ZERO (slow Start) Week 2: 31.2 Miles Week 3: 45.9 Miles Week 4: 20.3 (so far) Only one more week in Florida, then back to the cold midwest!

I am getting near 60! Don't want to enter the 6th decade with too much baggage! I want to lose around 15-20 lbs. I won't look like high school, but then again, I have a lot of "life lines". How do you add a friend? I only joined this week so I am still a newbie.

I would like to get to the 160 Mark. Thats 7 pounds in a month. I can do it if I keep to my plan. Got to get to 150 by this summer.
