"Even if you do not write down everything, your body keeps an accurate journal". This reminds me that sure I can not write something down, I can write that I did more exercise than I did but my body always knows what I have done. I do not benefit from being dishonest with myself.

I find that in the evening, I drink a cup of hot tea with honey or a low fat hot chocolate. If I am in need of crunch, I like the mini Luna bars. They are only 80 calories and if eaten slowly can satisfy.

This is advice from a RN here. What worked for you at 19 is NOT going to work for you know. As you age your metabolism slows and your hormones change all of which effects your body. Your MD is NOT going to recommend a 5 lb weight loss per week it is not healthy. Max is 2 lbs per week. Also it took you YEARS to put this…
