I only wear Brooks and I LOVE mine! I have a few friends that have gone from Asics to Brooks and say they would never go back. I think it just depends on your feet and what fits you best.

NO IT DOES NOT GET EASIER! If it was then everybody would be doing it. But YES, YOU CAN COMPLETE it! Think positive and just take it day by day and don't be afraid to repeat days. I completed the program years ago when I first started running.

I eat egg muffins! yummy, filling and easy since I make them on Sundays. 1 container of mushrooms chopped 1 container of baby spinach 1 cup of chopped onions 5 eggs, 5 egg whites Cheese of your choice... I use a little mozzerella sautee the mushrooms and onions, I use a little butter! set aside and then sautee the spinach…

Shoes can definitely help. I was mainly a heel striker but with the correct shoes I now strike mid foot. I am currently wearing Brooks Glycerin

I am doing Stage 6B workout 2 today. I love how short the workouts are! I did hurt my shoulder doing pushups so I have been doing them on my knees instead. Oh well... I feel VERY strong!

Mine is open and i just recently started focusing on more protein and lower sugar. It is amazing that i am not nearly as hungry anymore.

You are doing great! Don't get discouraged by the scale. Take photos and measurements so even when the scale doesn't move you have other things that will show your progress.

Definitely ask someone to spot for you! You may make some new friends or get great advice from them.

I used to eat a ton of fruit and never lost any weight. I started eating more protein and watching my sugar intake and the weight has started coming off. And my blood sugar does not spike during the day so I never really get very hungry.

I just started watching my sugar intake and trying to keep it very low. since then i have 3.9 lbs and it has helped me not get so hungry during the day.

Try mineral water like Pellegrino. I like the fact that it has carbonation for when I have a craving.

Running is mental. You can run longer than 20 minutes. try 21 then 22 and so on. You CAN do this!
