I have to run with a water bottle since it is VERY hot and humid here in Houston and I am prone to heat exhaustion. But it is all personal preference.

I make these occasionally except I don't use bbq sauce, I just marinate the chicken. They are so yummy! but a pain to make. ENJOY!

I am:) I had a trainer for several years at an awesome gym in the Galleria are. I LOVED my trainer but decided to give my wallet a break for a little bit, Now I am using the gym at my office.

You are not eating enough calories. Make sure you are tracking everything you put in your mouth. And make sure you log the water you are drinking.

Trying doing pushups using a workout bench to put your hands on. It isn't as hard as a regular pushup and your knees will be off the floor.

There are 4 calories in 1 gram so you need to subtract that from the total amount of the fruit or vegetable. Personally I love kale, spinach, cucumber and 1 small granny smith apple. Enjoy!

I used to eat a TON of fruit and I was always hungry. So I started limiting my sugar intake which means limiting my fruit and have noticed since I eat high protein I am not nearly as hungry as I used to be.

Make sure you are eating enough calories. I know when I don't eat enough my body shuts down during my workouts.

Don't focus on the scale. Take measurements. And how do you feel???? You must feel better and have more energy and sleep better at now. Stick with it! The scale will soon follow:smile:
