In order to calculate the calories you have to subract the amount of calories that are in the fiber of the fruit. Each gram of fiber equals 4 calories. Hope that helps.

I juice one meal a day and I love it. I use mainly kale, spinach, 2 carrots and 1 granny smith apple.

If you juice an apple in a huicer and are trying to figure out calories, then you need to know that 1 gram of fiber = 4 calories. In juicing you do not get any of the fiber so you would need to subract that amount from the total calories of the apple. Hope that helps.

Congrats on the weight loss! I don't think the Wii is very accurate. A 5 minute mile is extremely difficult for most. With that said, congrats on wanting to get on a treadmill and run or do it outside. I recommend running outside and getting fresh air. For me, I need protein fo keep me full for breakfast. I enjoy turkey sausage on an english muffin. Keeps my belly full.

I did th program years ago and thought it was great. after a month into it I did a 5K race. I didn't run the whole time but enjoyed it so I much I just kept running. Don't be afraid to start.

Defintely rest up and get better. Most people get sick when they start a workout regimen. As soon as you fell better then get back to it!
