My go to juice is kale, spinach, carrot, and 1 granny smith apple. Don't forget to make sure you are getting enough of you daily fiber since juicing takes out fiber:) Enjoy!

Stretch, drink plenty of water, baths with epsom salts, massage, foam rollers, and do a light workout in between sessions with your trainer.

I definitely listen to tunes during 5Ks. But on the mud runs I do you can't carry your ipod, unless you want it wet and muddy.

I was on Lexapro a while ago and gained weight despite working out 4 days a week. I would use it as a very last resort. Are there other things you have tried? maybe therapy or something along those lines?

Maybe you haven't found the right gym for you. I LOVE my gym. It's small and everyone is very friendly and the trainers are all very helpful. Try to find one that is not a chain... Good luck!

Do what works for you! I run with a handheld camelpack water bottle. I tend to get heat exhaustion fairly easy so I don't mind carrying the bottle.
