All the above advice is awesome. I'm rocking a 12-15 hundred calorie per day deal that has me spot on at 60/35/5 naturally. But I love sausage, hamburger, avacado, and most of all, CHEESE! This is by far the best "diet" I've ever been on. Hell, I ordered pizza last night and ate the toppings off of it.

I need to go buy some sticks today. I drink once a week, but I drink heavy. I had about 10oz. of Jim Beam last night. I haven't tested at all, but I know I'm in keto because I went through the flu, and am currently in the crazy high clarity/energy phase. Anyone know how long that lasts? LOL, I hope forever!
