thanks for all the replies! I'm doing pretty well - although I ran into some jelly beans last night (just realized I have to add them to my list!) I wish the pounds would come off quicker - that's where LA Fitness visits and drinking more water will have to come in.

Hi Kelly - I'm somewhat new here too. I love this site. It will help motivate you if you keep on posting and inputting your food. I've never experienced doing a diet this way. It's great. I'll friend you if I can figure out how.
