I'm in! I could really use motivation.

I made my sister promise that if I ate chocolate I had to pay for $20. It's pathetic that I had to resort to that but it's working embarrassingly well - I'm three days in! I hope all you guys are doing well!

Man you guys are amazing. I joined this group with the best of intentions and have not gone a single day. But maybe tomorrow I will! Keep it up you guys are doing awesome.

I've been logging every day for a few weeks and would love to add anyone. I don't eat incredibly healthy, but I'm doing a little better every day.

I'm insane about chocolate and have a hard time going a day without it - I'm glad there is a group of people that feel the same way and we can do this together.

This is exactly what I do too, love this.

These are awesome tips - especially number one. I lived abroad for a year and during the last month ate like crazy, telling myself "this is my last chance to eat ___!" but I still see those foods pretty much all the time. Same with everything I eat. And GENIUS tip on the pickles. A lot of times I just want a snack for no…

I love apple slices with peanut butter. Anything with peanut butter. I was a ridiculously picky eater as a child so have only recently discovered peanut butter an I am obsessed.

Oh man! For some reason this question is really exciting! I love grocery shopping I guess. greek yogurt apples eggs brown rice chex turkey snap peas bread arugula (super into it right now) tomatoes As usual this list is really unorganized and I'd spend forever wandering around the grocery store.

Love that you inspired your friend, and really love that you talk to your neighbors, and while you're talking with neighbors think of other neighbors you want to talk to. You've inspired me to be more social.

Thinking about what you want to do instead of just mindlessly doing it is such a good idea. This is stupid but it's nighttime and I really want to eat about thirty slices of cheese I have in my fridge, I could so happily plough through it. I just had dinner. I'm going to drink a ton of water instead.

Every morning. I just got a new scale, an analogue one (I thought seeing my weight push a needle less far would more motivating than just numbers) and I can only really estimate my weight within a pound. So, looking at my weight more than once a day, it all sort of looks the same. Still, my weight changes a ton throughout…

I feel the same way - I'm supposed to be in my prime right now. Also my friends who are older talk about their metabolism slowing down and I really worry what things will be like by then if I have the same lifestyle I've had the last few years.

I am all over this. Now: 155 By Christmas: 140

My goal for this week is to log what I eat every day, and to not have any days where I say "alright, today is off the record" and go crazy.

I'd like to lose ten pounds, eat LESS candy, or no candy, and run three times a week.
