I wish there was a way not to lose some of them..I mean I had enough to give out..But Ive lost 81 pounds and Ive dropped a couple bra sizes :( Oh well I still have enough to put out there and if that means by losing weight and being healthy Im going to lose some of the twins..then I guess so be it! ;)

I like the 30 day shred..you can start out at your pace and your gradually incline to the next workouts within the month..definatly has good strength and cardio together :)

I have cheat days! And Ive lost 75 pounds while doing it! I usually go over my calorie goal on the weekends..not by a WHOLE lot but I dont log those days. You can still eat things you enjoy, I just cut back eating so much of it when I do have it. I was a big overeater..but now I have learned to moderate what I eat and…

That sounds about right actually, my starting weight was 290 and my calorie intake was set at 1950 and Im 5"7, Ur calorie intake will go down as u lose 10 pounds..Ive lost 58lbs and are now down to 1700 daily. :)

Over priced gimmick! With just the help of MFP and eating right and excersise Ive lost 58lbs..more than anyone I know using those shakes. I think the whole thing is they try to buy u into it thinking its a quick fix to lose weight, nothing is..just takes a little hard work!!

Ive been doing it and have lost 56 pounds so far within 5 months. I stopped doing it for a little bit and did kickboxing or treadmill but I just recently went back to it and found it so much easier this time around. It does help and definatly helps with ur stamina and strength!

Yes! I work an werid time actually..4:30 pm till 1am..been doing it for 11 years now! Definatly had to stop the the late night eating..but now that I have and changed eating habits in general, Im 50lbs down!! :)

I do! Mine are on the weekends, I dont go overboard but I have a few things here and there that I dont get often. But I also still work out on those days as well. Sometimes u just have to allow urself a little cheat otherwise it can get dull! :)
