45 minutes of circuit training with free weights followed by 10 minutes of sprints on the treadmill. I will still try to watch what and how much I eat tomorrow, but I think I can throw in a little dessert, maybe an extra cookie here and there. Merry Christmas everyone!!!

If you're working out in the morning, it is very important that you eat a healthy breakfast BEFORE you work out. Eat some protein and some healthy carbs (like oatmeal). If you do that you will have a lot more energy to get through your workout, plus you will be kick starting your metabolism. That's why it is said that…

Wait a minute, there's 3,500 calories in a pound right? So you're saying that you ate 35,000 calories in 3 days? That's over 11,000 calories per day.
-
Just tough it out and go tho the gym.
-
I think that you're only supposed to drink protein shakes after a workout to help rebuild muscle.
-
I think these guys are right, you're probably not eating enough with all of that working out you're doing. Also, if you're not doing it now, try some circuit training. One more thing, do you feel good? If you do, what else do you have to worry about? Take care

I really think that you need to think this out a little more. You could end up over training, your body will go into survival mode, you will peak way too soon, or you could hurt yourselves by overdoing it. You're talking about burning 2,000 calories per day and only eating 1,500, but don't forget that if you are training…

Start off by eating what you would normally eat in a day and logging it in to your food diary, you may be surprised at how many calories you consume. After that you will figure out how to make adjustments and eat less calories and make better food choices. Maybe it's not the most technical explanation on how to use MFP,…

I lIked the patch, it gave me weird, vivid dreams. And sometimes horrible nightmares, but it was worth it.

I think that you should definitely try some different types of exercises and tweek your routine a little. I notice that when I switch up my routine, I get that soreness again that lets you know your muscles are being worked. That's just my opinion.
-
If you want to lose weight a little faster, do a little more exercise and eat as healthy as possible.
-
Yes, exercise does really help with weight loss. Plus it's good for your heart.
-
If you're working out all of your muscle groups when you workout, assuming that you're talking about weight training, then you should workout every other day to give your muscles time to recover. Don't forget to eat after your workout too.

Punished my body with burgers, dogs, and beer for the entire weekend. Just got done running 3 miles and doing 50 minutes of circuit training and of course drinking plenty of water. Good luck to everyone who did like I did.

Go to the reports tab, select nutrition and then change it from "net calories" to just "calories."
-
Just eat healthy and drink plenty of water, your body will cleanses itself naturally.
-
I like to weigh in everyday also. That way, if I gain, I know not to do what I did the day before. Does that make sense?
-
Starting weight 199.

sorry, hit the wrong buttons, hope all goes well for you.

Get a new job.

I find that eating my meals slower helps me feel full at the end of the meal. Ya know, take your time and savor the flavor (sorry for the rhyme).
-
Nice!!!!
-
Thanks everyone, you guys are the best!!!!

The pain is just weakness leaving your body.

You should eat a decent, healthy breakfast to get your metabolism rolling. Wait 20 to 30 minutes before your workout. Don't starve yourself before your workout.
-
I think it would be circuit training.
-
No good, you don't need them.
