She told me to do my work out routine in reverse. I would always do treadmil, eliptical, then weights. I did it backwards for a few weeks and it started coming off aagain.…

  • I actually first experienced this last night! It was a late saturday night workout, so the place wasnt that busy....However, their was a girl on her cell phone the ENTIRE 40 minutes she was walking on the treadmil!! It was really annoying!

  • I am on the 1200 diet but I only do it on days I don't work out. I usually burn about 500 everytime I work out so on those days I consume anywhere between 1300-1400 and the weight is coming off!
