  • I can honestly say I dont really care what I look like when I get to the gym...because I litteraly drip sweat when I am leaving. But I can say I couldn't care less if there are "pretty" girls there also...Im just there to get my workout in and be done lol
  • agree...It gets easier and easier...quick! I started jogging/walking on treadmil a month ago. And 2 weeks ago I started jogging outside and now I can do 3 miles in 30 minutes and it is a breeze! Love jogging now!!

  • Not easy....but possible! Count your calories...smaller portions...exercise. And within time...you will! But you have to want it, and not get discouraged or it won't work. Good luck!
  • I count it, but not the full amount MFP gives me. Even if it is heavy scrubbing, sweeping, moping, etc I do the light cleaning and I do it for half the time. so if it is for an hour I only do 30 minutes.

  • tody has been horrible for me too!! Going on about 2.5 weeks of doing really well with my diet; but severely stressed today!! I just want to eat and eat! Even the normal foods are outrageous in calories and now I feel like I can't enjoy even dinner. Which by the way is fajitas...but what good is fajitas if the tortillas…
