I hated drinking water and after 3 weeks it is almost all I drink now. I buy cases of water bottles whole sale and fill them up as I go. I drink one bottle with my supplements in the morning. I signed up for a 4 mile run that I would not be able to back out of. There is nothing more motivating then having to do something you can't fail at. I focus daily on that goal. Plus I promised I would finally get my new Tattoos and that is a huge motivator.

From what I read you burn more calories boxing because you are moving more and not focusing as much on learning 1000 different moves. I don't know if this is true, it is just something I saw somewhere.

If you are gaining more muscle then it will offset your weight loss. You will fit better in your clothes but the scale will not be dropping like you want it to.

I rinse them 2 times then add Ponzu, garlic paste, and some red pepper flakes. I cook it until the liquid is gone and cooked into the noodles. Sooo yummy. If it still lacks flavor you can add some lime and peanuts.
