Completely agree!! Also, make sure you are bringing your kids in to help cook. It's a great learning experience and they are more likely to try it if they helped make it!

Exactly! I normally eat a Clif bar for breakfast around 8 or 9 at work, and it will keep me full until around noon-ish. My lunch is at 1:30, so I can normally eat a banana to tide me over until then. Unfortunately, for the past few days, I can't seem to get anything to keep me full!
