I second PB2. :)

I don't have a playlist persay, I just use the workout music (particularly country or pop/hip-hop) on my Pandora app on my iPhone.

I want to lose 5 pounds by the end of this month (currently working on trying for 2 a week...at the very least 1 1/2 a week) and every month up until the end of June - by then I would be out of the 200 club =D

Honestly? I take a heating pad to my lower belly and sit all day and eat as well as I can. Granted I do slip some dark chocolate in there or maybe a pinch of salt into something just to get the sweet/salty craving(s) [depending on which one] satisfied. And I am really only physically affected by cramps the first and MAYBE…

I saw a recipe for "Perfect Chicken" on a blog and altered it slightly. Original Recipe: 1/2 tsp each: salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, and onion powder Chicken breasts (as many as you're making) I leave out the salt (un-needed sodium) and the onion powder but leave everything else in. Also since I'm cooking for three…

We have Just Dance 2 - AMAZING calorie burn the longer you work at it (my girlfriends and I busted our butts the other night for two hours - my jaw dropped seeing the calorie burn!) I am dying to get my hands on the other games as well as Zumba, but it's not in the funds right now. However I do also use the Wii Fit in the…

I have just recently gotten back on the workout/eating better thing with the new year...thanks to a group who absolutely inspires me. Soooo I usually start off the day with a little yoga (usually about a half hour), then after lunch I will either clean (if it isn't a laundry day [which is 2/7 days of the week]) or do some…

I just started it today (for the third time in like 5 years...darn you motivation!) and made it the whole way through, unlike the first two times...

Love of a Lifetime by Firehouse. :)

Yogurt and oatmeal.

Definitely chicken. Some sort of olive oil + any of garlic/cumin/basil/oregano/parsley + lemon or lime juice = awesome.

Wii - You Don't Know Jack GameCube - Animal Crossing N64 - Diddy Kong Racing SNES - Super Mario World PS2 - Legend of Legaia PS3 - COD: Modern Warfare 4 (I think...I can never keep up with that game LOL) We're Nintendo/Sony nerds. :D

I'm kind of a "late" morning girl...around 9-10 AM or so.

I'd say I'd eat it every other day...I haven't lately because my boyfriend seems to think buying one loaf of bread on pay day is acceptable. News flash: with him taking two sandwiches to work 5x a week and having a bodybuilder roommate who eats PB&J out the wah-zoo, not quite. But when we buy more than one loaf?…

I LOVE IT!!! Thank you SO much!! This really helps and I am so writing it down :D

My boyfriend is AMAZING when it comes to helping me stay sane in this whole process. He encourages me so much - I had a bit of an "episode" last night because the scale keeps going up by tenths of a pound (and I have 75+ to lose...I guess I'm gaining muscle??) and he was just so supportive of me and trying to talk sense…

Try dancing! ...even if it's by yourself in the comfort of your own home. LOL. You're still burning calories and you'd be having fun even if you "can't dance." I do it all the time and I'm rather uncoordinated. =P

I am right there with you, give or take adjusting a few numbers. Starting weight - 230lbs. Goal weight - 150lbs. Still "overweight" according to BMI standards. OH WELL! I have curves, dang it! =P

Taste-wise, yes. Nutrition-wise, I'd say no. GMOs = no-nos. Read this: http://www.usatoday.com/money/industries/food/story/2012-04-29/kashi-natural-claims/54616576/1

Ohhhh....NOW I get it. Thank you for explaining it to me. :)

No offense (and I truly mean that), but processed food like that isn't going to help you health-wise in the long run. Take it from someone who learned the hard way. Good luck to you though :)
-
I am 24 and a former stress/emotional eater. I've cut back on a lot of processed stuff (but not all) and I'm 5'1". If I want a healthy BMI, 100+ pounds need to go...if I want something that looks healthy with curves though it's only about 80. -_-
-
My goal weight is 150...but I have curves. So I need the extra pounds that a lot of you aren't saying for my height - LOL. Curse the hourglass figure...

Haha, Jodi's just a nickname. My username is the first two letters of my first/middle/last names. :) @NocturnalGirl - I remember calling you a "Claudia" before, but I'll do Adrienne this time. Lol.

@maddiec1989 - Jamie

I tried it years ago and quit because it was hard...too hard at the time. Now I'm taking it on in September...we'll see how that goes.

The "Grasshopper" drink my boyfriend made me tonight to try and make my throat feel better...OUCH.

Somewhere in the 200s, at a height of 5'1".
