I prefer Optimum Nutrition Double Rich Chocolate, the price for 5LBs is up to about 50 bucks on bodybuilding.com, I have been using it for years and its been the top rated on the site for years. 24 grams protein and very little carbs only 120 cals, also has BCAA's and gultamine for recovery.

Bud Select 55 is only 55 Cal but only 2.4% alcohol by volume whereas most light beer is around 100 cals for 4.5% alcohol. It really depends on what you are looking for. If you are just wanting to be social the 55 is perfect but if you want to feel any effects your better off with the light beer or vodka red bull.

Do you have a microwave at work? I usually have 1/2 cup plain old fashioned oats, add a packet of splenda and a little milk after cooked and then I also have a protein shake (powder/water) I try to eat as soon as I get to work.

you can use resistance bands instead, you can get a set on ebay for 15-20 bucks

I think your problem may also have something to do with sleep. if you are only sleeping form 11-4:00 you are not giving your body enough sleep to recover which is important. I would try to go to sleep earlier or go to the gym after work.

Also from what I have read you need to make sure you take in enough calories when doing insanity I have heard that you may not lose weight if you dont eat enough. I have just been inputting 60 min high impact aerobics which is 616 calories. I read that the average insanity workout burns about 600 cals.

I started Insanity last week so I am in Day 10, It does really kick your butt even though I am in good shape. It says you should be pretty fit to even start Insanity, however I dont think that is neccesarily true. I think just attempting it is a good workout and better than just running or normal cardio.
