I have FT7 and it is very close to what an old monitor (of a different brand) read. I like to think it is pretty accurate. At least it's always consistent with each workout if it's not 100% accurate.

Hi! I have completed it once already and now I am doing a hybrid with Turbo Fire. I have really gained a lot of muscle by doing this program. I personally didn't lose weight, but I have been at goal weight for over a year. Have fun with it!!

I too would love to get rid of lower belly pouch! I sticks out 2 or more inches than my belly button area. It sucks and have been trying to get rid of it for a long time. Maybe it's because I have had kids?? I am 5'7 , 130 lbs and around 20% body fat. WTH?

Same for me. When I was young I always felt super tall. A couple of my boyfriends in high school were my height or so. I was so self conscious about wearing anything other than flat shoes or flip flops! My husband is 6'3 and I have no worries! 5'7 doesn't feel so tall now.

I just took the kids today and I brought my own 100 calorie bag of Orville Redenbacher smart pop. Love that stuff! Oh and also 100 calorie pack of cocoa almonds. Of course I do have to try some of their popcorn tho! I also like the Fiber One brownies for a chocolate fix.

Got on the scale tonight knowing I would be disgusted! I am up 5 lbs since Friday! Almost 10 lbs from my Wednesday check! We took the kids to a water park yesterday and today. So I ate all kinds of junk! That greasy poorboy sure was worth it tho! Back to veggies and water tomorrow.. just need to throw out the chocolate.…

I am starting the second phase of Chalene Extreme tomorrow. I am enjoying it. Would like to hear other recommendations for lifting dumbells. The gym is just not an option for me. Love the results from the weights tho!

I tried one once along with 2 friends. Myself and one of the other girls both bloated and my measurements were about 2 inches bigger for about a week. Not to mention that my stomach didn't feel right for almost a week because of the bloating. Total waste in my opinion.

I have done the Kettle Worx program a couple of times and still throw it in once in awhile. It is a total body workout and its only about 30 mins a day. I have seen it sold at Sports Authority recently. It is quite a workout! And its not too boring because its not the same workout day after day!!
