I've worked out morning and evening before and it seemed to be working. The workouts are 20-25 minutes, so they aren't that long and they do work! I'm 5'1 at 150lbs at 21..... but had 2 kids in 2 years to my husband so now im trying to lose all that baby weight i have gained and the inches also. Just ready to get back to what i was before my 2 kids! Toned and in pretty good shape at 125lb. lol I'm very motivated!!! :)

I have been doing 30 day shred for 7 days now, it does get better and not as hard.. I will be starting level 2 tomorrow! Just stay motivated and keep pushing!
