  • Thanks for that reply. I "hope" that's what is happening w/ me. I've upped my workouts & haven't lost any weight in a while. To the original poster....just keep on keepin' on. It will happen. :)
  • Funny this was on my front page. I share in your frustration. I haven't seen any change in a month & I've actually stepped up game (2 cardio sessions/day, lifting, watching calories,etc) Surely not giving up, just sharing in your pain : ) My plans are too: Drink more water & not eat so close to sleepy time (lol)
  • The only time I really drink milk is with my protein shakes. I mix 1/2 cup of 2% w/ 1/2 cup of water. Mix. Throw in some ice. Mix again. I don't see the point of skim.... buy 2% & water it down : )

  • Congrats on starting the journey. I'm hardly an expert but I'm sure others will reply. I know it's hard to lose weight & keep muscle. Even the professional bodybuilders know they are going to lose some when they diet. I think adding 1 or 2 quality protein shakes a day would be beneficial. It's really low calorie & high…
  • I had my two biggest fears last night in my dream. Nuclear war & zombies. Needless to say I woke up. It could of been a sign to make me wake up.....I had to potty (lol) It was bad though. Even the animals were zombiefied. I had to ward off an zombie bunny attack. (lol) I think I need to stop drinking before bedtime.
