  • I usually stick to what the machine says (as long as you keep it updated with your current weight and all of that) because I feel like what is given by mfp is just an estimation. That's what I do personally.
  • I do a lot of Zumba, so if you youtube some of those videos that's what I would get. They always make me wanna move and fire me up! But there are a lot of great ideas on here that I'm definitely going to steal :)
