I'm SO glad to find this thread. I have a few questions. First, I'm 26, 5'4 and 250 lbs. Obviously way overweight, but that's why I'm here. Anyway, my questions... 1) What would be my ideal weight? 2) What should my calorie intake be? 3) How can I best manage hypoglycemia?

Tthe thing is I love food, I'm not a picky eater by any means. I just hate taking time to sit down and eat it, except when it's for family dinner or something, then it's a fun and social event. I know I need to eat though, not only to lose weight but to keep my hypoglycemia under control. Bleh.
