When I first started INsanity, the fit test made me want to throw up! You will be amazed with your improvements over time!

How successful were you with your first round of INsanity? were you able to keep up with the people in the video or did you struggle? Asylum is truly the next step and really bring the intensity. If you killed INsanity, move on, but if you think you need more time with Insanity do a second round! Ps. Add me as a friend :)

It will not hurt your weight loss efforts, and as long as you are still getting carbs from veggies and fruits you shouldn't see much loss in energy, I cut out everything but meat, veggies and a bit of cheese and I work out 3 hours a day seven days a week, the only thing I notice is a lack of energy sometimes.

I would like to join :)

Everything I have read says you should run every second day and not increase your mileage by more than 5% a week so your muscles can work up to it. So, maybe take a day or two off, or dial back your mileage and build up to longer runs.

LEts call this my Day 1 because I took a few days off with Shin Splints.. I am working through the Insanity program, doing Couch 2 10k and Les MIlls Combat 3 days a week as well as some lifting.

I have the same issue. My husband actually preferred me when I was bigger and constantly brings home unhealthy foods- tonight he brought home a Dairy Queen Ice Cream Cake! I honestly wonder if I can stay with a person who is so unsupportive and actually tries to sabotage my efforts!

It is possible, It depends how much excess fat you have to lose and you will probably lose muscle mass as well as fat if you lose that quickly. Also it will be very difficult to maintain such rapid weight loss. 1-2 pounds per week is the recommended rate of loss, and I know that seems so very slow. I would say 60 pounds in…
