I got 6+ hours in since I started this challenge.........each hour has been 5 miles at 5 mph......lots of cardio......plus doing crunches and wall push ups..........18 hrs. to go....hmmm......hope I make it!

not yet, but getting close.........started on my own at 306....then started MFP at 260 in mid October........222.6 today...........go to Success Stories and you will see bunches of people that have loss over 100 lbs. and their stories! Good Luck!

okay let's see...1/1= 24 mins.........1/3=48 mins.......these were new workouts going 5 mph......which blows my mind that I can actually do it......it's a killer though!..........having fun losing!

Okay, discouraged this morning..........yesterday the scale showe that I had like a 3 lb. loss,,,,,,,,but I waited to make sure this morning AND........SADLY IT NOW SAYS ONLY 0.2..........I'm finishing up w/ TOM, but still.....it's discouraging.........so now my weight is 224.6 lbs.......better luck next week!

this is the place, Irene......it really does work.........start tracking every morsel that goes into your mouth........I, too, was COMPLETELY SURPRISED how much food (CALORIES) was going down my me in a day..........friend me and we can lose together!
