I am waaaayyyy overweight, but want to give this a try. Been lifting and aerobic at the gym for over a month but want to do this at least every other day. We should keep this thread going and report back in a month our results.

800-900 cals. is way too low in my opinion (no stones cast though) However, if you would talk to your doctor they could explain why that is way too low and will eventually likely hinder your weight loss. If you are only eating that few of cals and not eating any of your excercise cals back you are practically starving…

I was told I was doing it wrong for saving like 800+ cals for dinner, but it is what works for me and keeps me from snacking through the evening..also losing weight though doing it this way.....if that works for you you will be able to have a very nice supper with the family.....I also try to make my supper late enough…

Short too 5'2" 260.....really need to get back on this....I had lost like 40 lbs. doing My Fitness Pal, but quit and gained it and more back.....add me as a friend and we can encourage each other. I'm 39, married, and have a 4 yr. old son.

Nobody has mentioned BASA fish..at least as far as I noticed..........very good.......very very mild in taste........Walmart sells it too.........hubby wouldn't hardly touch fish, now he will eat BASA or Congrio (both very white fish) seared w/ Mrs. Dash and Obay seasonings...........hope this helps

only 2 hrs. so far this week, but have an hour to give tomorrow ........so will get 3 hrs. in of actual workout time.........though one day I didn't do the DVD just because I carried buckets of water and helped my husband w/ a plumbing problem for 3 hrs.......surely that counted for something!!:tongue:

Could somebody please tell me how long the 30 day shred program is?....I just ordered it and wondering how long 30mins? an hour?.....If it's an hour, don't know if this 221 lb. body can do it everyday.........how hard is it? thanks
