For your best interest, I sincerely hope your doctor doesn't use this baseline as a methodology for PCOS diagnosis. I had PCOS for 4 years before I showed any 'cysts' on my ovaries. Yes, it was more of a best effort diagnosis from my doctor through various tests including hormone tests and a variety of symptoms that…

Someone mentioned it was mean. I actually don't think it is. It's their choice to feed themselves that. However, for you instead it could strengthen your resolve. Use it as a lesson to yourself. I do, really do, think it will get easier. I think maybe if you mentally see that food as a turn off, instead of a stimulant,…

I really have no interest any longer in feeding the troll. I have had a lot of great feedback here and in my mailbox. People can agree or disagree. That is, of course, of their own regard. I don't have to prove anything to you. I have done months of research on my own. That is something everyone should do before they…

And your story is an awesome one .Glad to hear you are feeling better after cutting them out! That, again, is the greatest thing I hear. How much better people feel. Keep up the good work!

You had mentioned your "LOL @ Juice Fast" (apparently I'm funny), and the guy below you mentioned Fat, Sick. & Nearly dead. Both of you whom were negatively describing the method in which I cut out Grocery Store processed junk. That is how I got to the point where I am now. So that opinion, or LOL, or however you reference…

Processing fresh fruits and vegetables by extracting their juiced nutrients, isn't comparable to me to eating Choco Puffs. But, if you want a pure precise cut and dry. Then yes, it is processing. But what I was referring to in this post was people eating processed junk straight from the Grocery shelves or freezer.

Precisely the type of comment back I would have expected.

No the juice was fresh fruits and vegetables juiced in a juicer.

It doesn't take a way for me. That is HOW I got off of processed foods. And I reiterated that not everyone should/can take the route that I did to get there. Everyone will get their in their own method. I'm not sure judging how they got there is beneficial or encouraging. There was NO Fat, sick and Nearly Dead reference.…

You can do it! It will be worth any shot you give it :) Beans are going to be your best friend. And Tofu, however processed, is really helpful if you need a quick protein add to a vegetable based meal.

That is awesome! It's always great to talk with people that have had the same positive outcome from cutting out processed junk. Everyone I have talked to that has, their health has improved, as yours and mine. And they tend to feel incredible. Maybe we can inspire more people here. :) Thanks for the response. i haven't…

What reason, in particular, are you using the PB2? Just get yourself some natural peanut butter. The one where the ingredients look like this: Ingredients: Peanuts. Or if you go to whole foods, you can make your own PB from their self-make nut butter stations. Mmm.. cashew butter. :)

Well, I have a hard time with any meal. Breakfast, I had to make my easiest. I don't eat gluten, dairy or meat. So I cook my lunch and dinner. I'd be cooking all day if I had to cook my breakfast too. So, I had: A protein shake with almond milk unsweetened and banana blended.

OK so I don't want you to think i'm being judgmental, but we need to get you a healthier start to the day. A good balance of carbs and protein is the key. Not in excess of one over the other. I have PCOS, where I have to constantly watch my carbs, and my nutritionist still recommends that I get 30 each meal. High protein…

Awesome. Using only one cup worked wonderfully!! I have had my Sugar Free Jello just sitting there for months because I went dairy free. Never tried it, due to the issues I have seen other people go through trying to get it to work. One Cup Almond Milk Unsweetened One Pkg. Jello SF/FF Instant Pudding Yum!
