  • I joined a gym that has a lap pool. the deepest is 4'6" I walk laps and swim like a frog just using my arms sounds funny but it works. I started out 15 mins now I do 30 mins 2-3 times a week. I have bad knees. I do the stationary bike also.
  • That is awesome!! I am down 80 I had lost 23 pounds or so before I started. I am just over half way to my goal. Then I will look to see how much more is needed off because I will still be over weight. It is hard work and I am in awe of you!!! Have a awesome day!!!:smile:
