Just did my test sigh!! I could only do 3 good form Push ups and it was a struggle ugh!! And I'm sore already lol I feel it in my arms chest and parts of my tummy. Whoa am I that out of shape

I'm gonna try it. I will do the test tonight but I honestly don't think I can do one we shall see. I have a feeling I will be most behind :-) if I can ever do 20 I would be happy :-) lol but 100 I will do (fingers crossed)

My name is Nicole I am 27 I have lost weight with MFP and I have gained some back before hitting my goal.. SOoooo I need support!! I like poached eggs on toast.. At least poached is cooked in water and your not frying it with butter ;-) I usually have 1 slice of toast with 1 Tablespoon of peanutbutter..

It just helps me feel better to talk to others that have had healthy pregnancies and had asthma and took the meds. :-) it's nice to not be alone that's all. I'm going to def get on the medication this time and try it out for a few months

You should be good with a multi vit. Try womens one a day or centrum (not sure the spelling) thats what I take.. it will certainly help you out :-)

I would do it only if it was healthy and no possible chances of anything going wrong. So no I wouldn't do it I just wish mine were bigger. I have 36 C's now but I am sure they are going to be B's by the end of weight loss I am so sad wish they would stay.. They were D's at my heaviest and I liked them very much there.

See your doctor first.. If you regularly work out anyways you probably can still work out some at first. BUT check with them first and see what is okay..
