I have dropped 15 kg (33lb) and one shoe size. It never crossed my mind that this would happen and I'm surprised how much my feet have shrunk. I see others have replied with similar experiences so I guess it is normal.

I agree with ..."We're alllll different." If you don't like the taste, find something else. Personally, I didn't like yoghurt when I was younger but these days it tastes pretty good. I acquired the taste. One thing - if you can afford it, go to Greece and taste the real stuff. It tastes a hell of a lot better over there.

Prunes & prune juice has been the answer to constipation for centuries. Water, high fibre foods and exercise generally help. However, if I hadn't "gone" for 9 days I would be seeing a doctor. Constipation can become a very serious health risk.
