@breanne074 - I did do strict 30+ days paleo (now 150+ days since starting my weightloss journey). as time has gone on my hubby and I have modified it because of the way we are cross training. but it is still the basis of our diet 85% of the time. [/url]

speaking from experience! i just came off a 3 weeks plateau! don't be discouraged or stressed (that won't help your body give up those pounds). Absolutely!!! About 3 days before my period and until the last day...I am up 4-6lbs. Very normal. Don't stress! Drink lots of water and keep doing what you're doing(be active and watch the calories). You'll see the drop in a couple of days! You can take a deep breath. ^_~ [/url]
