awesome job! I started my strength training around the same time! but I was around 270. now I am in the 190s! i would suggest even going to a trainer for a couple of weeks to a month to give you even more ideas and they will give you pointers on your form to make sure what you are doing is effecting the muscles the right way. i love my trainer. it has truly made all the difference for me.
