  • Hi guys!! Just checking in to say hi. I've been a total slacker lately in both the eating and exercising departments. Surgery is scheduled for this Thursday and I'm actually ready to have a reason to just rest. (I totally plan to milk this surgery for everything I can from the menfolk around the house-Netflix here I come!).

  • CHALLENGE #2: “RANDONNEE ON REUNION!” (5 km outside I did another 5 k outside walking on a different golf course! Spectacular weather, beautiful scenery and exercise combined!
  • CHALLENGE #1: “FROSTBITE FOOTRACE OR IDITAROD I did the 5k by walking on our beautiful golf course. I chose this because I hate videos and I love walking outside with a golf club in my hand enjoying the scenery!
  • Challenge 3 done! I had 4 green vegetables:broccoli, zucchini (in the form of zoodles!), romaine and green onions.

  • Uh oh, I may be on injured reserve. Yesterday coming down the rock formation I fell and really wrenched my knee. I heard a "pop" but was able to keep walking on it. Last night it hurt to roll over and I'm having to walk very gingerly today. Taking today easy-no hiking or working out and hopefully it will feel better.
