  • Yea I always log mine. I mean yes they are good for you in moderation like everything else. I did weight watchers before this and I ate a ton of fruit. So much sugar! I still eat them but cut down and found other snacks. For me I think it was best to log. I have lost more with this site then I ever did with weight watchers.
  • Almost everything is on youtube now :) just look around and see what you like!
  • Try doing little things here and there. They do have simple stretches/ workouts you can do even laying in bed. It's better then nothing. So basically being lazy is never an excuse. There is little thing to do that can help no matter where you are.

  • Eat more. But from now on try to pay attention through the day. I used to have the same problem and then I added in more healthy snacks through the day and I usually have no problems with the calories.
  • Most people would say nuts- Me well I am allergic. So I tend to go for just simple granola and depending on carbs I might have a bowl of cereal. Something simple usually works. I have hard times on the weekend but when I have a ton left over I might grab some ice cream for a treat :)
  • Let it play it's course. Don't pop it or anything like that- could get an infection. They usually don't take long to heal. Get yourself some better shoes! Or even a cheap pair that has more support.
