Great tool to help you keep on track. I have used it on and off for years. If you are honest with your journaling you will achieve your goals.

Already off to a good start. We got this.

Thanks for the add!! I'm Shaun, 33 years old and have a looong way to go. I hate letting people down, so I hope being in this group will help me maintain my motivation.

Same here, feel free to add me. Goes for anyone else here as well. I believe that life is worth living, and sitting around watching TV like I have been is not living. Lets do this.

Unfortunatley, I am 315, so I figure I burn some calories. To answer the Endomondo question, with Endomondo Pro and a bluetooth HRM/strap, yes Endomondo can use the data from your HRM strap.

$250 is a hard price point to hit. Really hard, even for used, without going the department store route. At 6ft, you are between a M and L frame, so your best bet is to ride one of each and see what feels the best. If I were you, I would seriously consider saving a few more bucks and upgrade to a better selection of bikes.…

Here everyday too. Always open to meeing new folks. Feel free to add!

Couldn't agree more with Qarol. Sounds like his problem. He should love you for you, no matter what. On the other hand, there is nothing wrong with him wanting you to be healty.

My ultimate goal is around 215#. Looong ago, in another life where I wasn't a fat boy, I tipped the scales at 205#, but I looked "too skinny" per my family and friends. I have a looong way to go to get to my goal, but I will or I'll die trying.
-
Feel free to add me too! Always looking for motivational help myself.

Hello from Charleston!

It's all about time. You can spend the money on upgraded saddles and cycling shorts, but the best solution is to just ride. The pain will stop very quickly (perhaps a week of riding) and before you know it you will have forgotten all about it.
