It could help. I put progress photos of me in a bathing suit on the fridge. Makes me think twice about drinking an extra beer or two after dinner.

I actually save calories during the week for the weekend/date nights. The trick is to plan ahead, not skip out on enjoyable life moments because of your lifestyle. It's a lifestyle change, not some strict diet. Go with the flow and just make smart choices.

I met my boyfriend through my sister's best friend. The first time we ever met I was actually on a horse and he told me later (once we were dating) that I was so beautiful that he was scared to talk to me. We all ended up hanging out as friends first and then it just happened.

All the time. I've noticed it with family members, friends, and co-workers. I miss being able to eat copious amounts of my favorite foods in front of the television. Don't get me wrong I still enjoy my favorites, just not in ridiculous amounts.

I'm the exact same way. When I'm bored and want to begin snacking I try to focus on my long-term goals and go for a light workout, drink some water/tea, or clean up around the house. Anything active to keep my mind and hands busy works well for me.

It works well for me to eat within a rotation. For breakfast during the week I either have a smoothie or scrambled eggs, mid-morning snack is fruit and protein or some type of leftover, etc. It helps me stay focused. It's taken me a year and a half to lose what I've lost. I have 20 more to go. I anticipate it taking just as long.

I choose organic when I can because I don't like the idea of putting unnecessary chemicals into my body. On the plus side, organic fruits/veggies taste WAY better to me than their cheaper counterparts. The differences in taste is worth the couple extra bucks on my grocery bill.

Pretty sure Italians are white. My guy is half Italian and half German and he is very much white. I am no expert though. It seems weird that they would even ask such a thing.

Since I have my activity level set to sedentary when I clean vigorously I wear my HRM, record the burn, and lower that number a bit because HRMs don't accurately track that type of exercise. I sometimes practice Intermittent Fasting where I fast for 15 or so hours then eat my normal calorie allotment. I am not starving myself, just eating within a small window.
