Basically what I was going to say.

Cute, but not my type. I like my girls a little rougher around the edges.

6 turkey breakfast sausages, a huge salad, protein powder, and four ounces of baked chicken. Can you tell I'm amping up for a lifting session after work?

Homemade kale chips do the trick for me.

Less processed foods, more whole foods. When I cook most of my meals it helps too, again with the whole foods idea. Start tracking sodium in your diary, it helps to see where most of the sodium is coming from. Good luck.

This was the point of the article. I don't see why everyone has their panties in a bunch.

This.

I like to say after my co-workers continue to hassle me over declining a piece of cake, candy, bagel, etc. "I didn't lose thirty pounds by eating ______ every time I wanted it". Usually shuts them up fast.
-
It's not always true that you stay the same shape as you lose like some people are claiming. I was very much an apple shape before I lost 30 pounds. Most of my extra weight was in my stomach/back area. Now that I'm smaller I am very much an hourglass. My shape absolutely changed. However, everyone is different. Only time…

I'll just make a big ol' smoothie with protein powder, frozen strawberries, frozen banana, peanut butter, and spinach. Quick, easy, and cold!

Right there with you, but for me it's every single time I lift. In for responses.

I look much younger than I did 2 years ago. My family members tell me I look younger every time they see me. I have noticed that sometimes older people look older when they lose some weight. My theory is the fat puffs the wrinkles out and when they lose it sinks back in. However, they are healthier and healthy looks good…

it's delicious. It's nothing like Nutella though, it tastes more like peanut butter than chocolate. The best one that company has is the maple one. SO DAMN GOOD!

I've done this before... Wrap your chest in gauze, like the stuff you use for knees/elbows etc over your current bra. It's cheap, and works.

I was single for 16 years once. Kidding, kidding. 4 years was my max once I already started dating at 16

My go-to is going to bed hungry.

Eating clean doesn't always equal weight loss. You consumed fewer calories than you burned so you lost weight. That's what worked. Eating healthy, whole foods is good for your health and body composition to a certain point. Attributing all you success to a clean diet isn't correct.

 Decent advice, actually.

I have anxiety and struggle with it daily. Eating healthy and exercising regularly has helped me tremendously, but not entirely fixed everything. I eat at a defect and have noticed that refined sugars, white bread, and overly processed junk foods trigger my anxiety. Eating lots of fruits/veggies, protein, and keeping well…

Haven't we all heard that one once or twice. :noway:

I regularly eat all except the Quinoa and nuts. Not a huge fan.
-
I agree. My reasoning: diet, low fat, sugar free, etc. typically have things put in them to make up for what they claim to lack. Usually it's added sodium, sugars, and almost always chemicals. I'll pass and eat the real deal.

Yes. It was hilarious. I cheered when his **** got bitten off.

Any and all the Fast and Furious movies. Hate away.
-
Works like a charm.

I eat healthier versions of what I really want or eat a small amount of what I'm actually craving. For example: If I'm craving pizza I make up small homemade pizzas that do a lot less damage. If I deny the craving it will hit me later down the road a lot harder.

Dietary fat does not equal body fat. In short, eat fat. Just get the healthy types.

In regard to the blueberries, I didn't like them either until I bought the organic type. The organic blueberries are much richer and sweeter in flavor than the normal variety and are worth the extra money believe it or not. Otherwise I agree, especially about the apples. Bleck!

It's more about dipping them in milkshakes and licking the shake and salt off before eating the entire thing. Slowly. Of course.
