I've been a vegetarian for 10 years, ate meat for a year and now vegan for 6 weeks. I'm also looking for friends on here >_<

I'm just gonna throw my 2 cents in on it coming from the opposite side of ketogenic. I did my own research on it and ketones are actually toxic to us as they make the blood slightly more acidic. Also the brain runs on glucose so if the carbs go down then the body has to find a solution to keep the brain alive. It resorts…

Just follow the workouts, a lot of dieting advice about eating a lot of protein is full of bro science and advertisements for supplements. Your protein needs do not have to be 1g:1lb. Just 0.8g:1lb, any more and your not really doing yourself a favor in muscle gain. Carbs also are not the enemy (it's so sad how this…

This might help because it did for me. I went vegan which means no milk chocolate products. So I can't just buy heaps of dark chocolate because hey, gotta eat a balanced diet if I'm going to function normally. So I eat sweet fruits like grapes, dates, clementines, ect. Eventually you'll forget about the chocolate.

I typically pay 140. But honestly the better quality shoes are around that range. And trust me you want to buy those ones. Cheaper shoes will break down faster.

First thing you should do is look at eatmore2weightless.com it has a lot of insightful info on what to expect (yes you will gain weight at first. For how long? Depends.) Second make sure your increases contain whole foods. The body probably needs it.

Due to my bone structure mine is 110-115. Right now I'm around 120, I've been there for 6 months, I gain a lot of muscle easily but the fat is stubborn!

Treadmills can be bad for knees because of the surface. 140 min a day of working out is also a bit too much. 80 min on a treadmill (idk if you are running or walking) is a bit too much unless you are training for a race. For strength training I'd go recheck your form on things like lunges and squats if you are doing those.…

I see alot of replies for C25K and I never had C25k when I started. I was taught technique and rhythm because I was terrible when I started with breathing problems and my legs dying out. I see you are concentrated on your bad breathing. Try focusing a bit on a rhythmic breathing pattern. Like you breath in for 2 strides…

Here's some advice from a broke post-college student who never joined a gym: You can create a pull up bar with 2 chairs and a broom in the middle and just pull yourself up, or use a resistance band and have it on something higher up and angle yourself to mimic a real pull up. You can also create your own weights by filling…

he didnt suggest IP? I mean at your BMI you should be in IP, I was told I had a month to live! You need to slowly build up to 3000 calories. Every few days you add a few hundred calories.

if it's tabata/HIIT style and you really go all out the possibility is out there (maybe it was 130 lb woman, which is the mean for exercises like this), just consider the after burn effect you will have as opposed to doping steady cardio. But 400 in 4 min?...eh....I want to believe they are referring to addition of after…

Just a hair short of 5'3 lol. I am roughly 120lb and aiming for 115lb which is where my norm usually was. At one point I was 100lb from track/xc in college, I looked like I could fall through the crack in the floorboards lol. I really dont want to weigh that low ever again, I like some muscle on me.
