111 lbs and still working on more...30-40 more to go for goal weight. I am also now a member of One-derland (I think that's how it is spelled).

@Chadomaniac, take a peek at the following link. It looks interesting. Might have to try. http://www.graze.com/us

Quite a few of these vegetables mentioned can be steamed. It's easy too.

Zucchini, yellow squash, onions and mushrooms are staples on my grocery list. I also love asparagus but don't buy it regularly. Go with some in-season items as well. They are cheaper. Go to your local farmer's market and just take a look at all the goodies they have out. That is what will be in season. Some of the sellers…

Bump to read later and see what everyone else has to say about accuracy or inaccuracy of article. :)

Patience, patience, patience!! It's not about how fast you lose it but whether or not it will say off. The "slower" you lose it the more likely the loss will last. It is a lifestyle change. Find an activity you like! Make it part of your routine. (I bike to work 2-3 days out of the wk. I get my exercise and save gas $.)…

I love Salmon! Now I have new recipes. I like to pan fry mine with some mangoes, pineapple and a little bit of bbq sauce.

I struggle every day with the fat girl mentality. I still even choose certain activities based on what I would have done 111 lbs ago. I know I have changed and look so much better but all I still see is the old "fat" unhealthy me. Take lots of pictures and compare the new with the old. I post a lot of my pics on Facebook…

You look awesome! This gives me hope. I am roughly the same height and build as you. I started out about 30 lbs heavier but have lost 107 lbs so far. I have only recently started to work out as I have hit a plateau and just want to be generally healthy and fit anyways. I love it and am hoping to increase all activities! I…

Drizzle a little olive oil add seasoning and spread on bread. I love goat cheese. That is the only way I have ever eaten it though. I am definitely going to try it some of the other ways mentioned. Thanks!

This is amazing. Thank you so much for posting it. It is nice to see how others of my current weight look and it's nice to see what I could possibly look like when I hit goal. Definitely makes me feel better. Some say my goal is too skinny but I think the women in my range are beautiful and look healthy. Thank you, thank…

Down 103 lbs as of today. I have only counted calories and used the MFP calculated range. I have exercised, but not consistently AT ALL. Haven't exercised in over a month now. I eat what I want. The thing about losing weight is the more you lose the more calories they take. It almost forces you to eat healthier foods as…

I eat 5-6 times a day. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and usually 2 snacks in between, 3 if I have the calories.

I struggle with spending too. Growing your own works as well as community gardens if you have those available in your area. I also like tubs of oats and eggs. Anything in bulk is always a bonus.

I get that a lot too. I usually just respond with, "Thank you, but I am still not in what is considered my healthy weight range and I carry the weight well so you wouldn't know I still have more to lose." Turn it into a health issue rather than an obsessive/beauty issue and they usually drop it. Good for you though on your…

I am not telling you it is going to be easy. I am telling you it will be worth it. You can feel sore tomorrow or you can feel sorry tomorrow. You choose.

My sister has Diverticulitis. She has done the sea salt flush and it works well for her. Usually takes her flare ups away. It is basically a quart of warm water and 1-2 tsp of sea salt. Drink it all on an empty stomach and make sure you stay by the bathroom. You can google it too. I have never done it but definitely heard…
