Found this one on here: Vodka, water, splash of cranberry (I found some 5 calorie per serving diet cranberry) with a slice of lime. The no calorie flavored vitamin water (add alchohol) are good too. Just be careful to eat before hand - if I drink hungry I get tipsy and get diet amnesia.

It seems to be the case for me and I get up several times during the night it is so aggravating but I am loosing weight , I am not hungry and I have not had a blemish in months.

Also, a new or different excercise may jump start your metabolism. I just went through this and got a new work out video and a bike and finally moved the scale 3lbs. after 4 weeks of the same weight.

1) Had a customer coming in from out of town to visit at work so I needed to dress nice. Pulled my black dress pants out to iron the night before thank goodness I had the insite to try them on and I could not get them pulled up all the way much less buttoned. So I rush out late at night to purchase black pants and tried on…

You don't want to risk an injury so you may want take a day or two off. It should get easier as your body gets into better shape. Right now my legs are horribly sore ( I added a new DVD and bike riding to my routine) so I am going to work on my upper body- lift some weights and try to do some sit ups in the mean time.…

This is my usual routine (used to have tons of trouble getting to sleep) 1. Fan 2. To do list before bed /by the bed 3. Turn air conditioning down / get house cool 4. Read a magazine or book

5'3" here, 38 years old 28lbs. left to loose until goal weight and have been stuck at a plateau for a few weeks so I am on a mission to budge that scale this week. Friend me if you would like.
