You can get a 30 day free trial and check it out. I REALLY like it. It costs less than a gym membership and there are a ton of different types of workouts. I am on day 2 of the cardio sculpt program and it is already kicking my butt.

To avoid this problem I would recommend getting the Gold's Gym Shape Boxing game. It isn't very expensive and instead of using the nunchuck in your left hand, you use the other controller.
