It has messed with mine since i started. I now get spotting like a week before that time pretty much every month. Im also on the pill. Ive read quite a bit about it and it seems to be pretty common. So i have just delt with it. But if you have a chance to see a dr. It cant hurt.

Its taken me 8-9 months to lose 50 lbs.

pretty much the same here. Started at 200 and once i got to about 155 its been really slow. Been up and down between 148-152 for about a month and a half now.

Im 5'7.5" and my goal weight was originally 150. Im at 154 right now and have changed my goal to around 135-140. I started at 200.

Its all different depending on the person....but for me, it didnt hurt. And i have everything but my back and thighs done. You should be just fine :-)

I definitely have that too. It has gotten a lot smaller though, same with the little pouch on the bottom of my tummy. Just takes time and effort.

I wiuldnt count it as exercise. But i would count it into your activity level. I too work in retail and am on my feet running around all day. So i have my activity level set to lightly active instead of sedentary. Honestly there will be no real accurate way to count what you burn unless you wore a hrm to work... So i would…

I started with 5lb weights and now i switch between 8-10 lbs depending on the exercise.

Ive tried the carmel dip, the strawberry, and the thousand island. The dip and the strawberry i cant do, they were gross. But the thousand island i use on ruebens and on salads and its pretty good.

Its amazing how different eveyone is. Im a pear shape A sliver under 5'8" CW-158 pant size 13-14 depending on junoirs/womens shirt size small/medium. At my highest weight of 200 i was a size 18.

When i got mine i didnt know my weight so i threw out 150....i was probably 165 or so. Now im 158. So 8 lbs heavier. Getting closer though! Lol.

Im not like most women. I have never and will never own a pair of heels or dress shoes.......but i do own over 20 pairs of adidas superstars in all different colors lol. Wouldnt say its a bad shoe story....just the fact that im addicted to them lol.

A nice big plate of french fries covered in cheese, guacamole and hot sauce. First time eating out in about 5 months. Enjoyed every bite of it.

this is what ive been doing and it has helped a lot. I realized i only crave things or get hungry at night even if ive eaten good meals in the morning. So now i only eat from around 2-3pm until i go to bed around 11-12 and i can stay under my goal and feel better that i get to eat at night when i want. May not be for…
