Ughh i went from a 36 large D to a 34 small B. Lost 60 ish pounds and all my boobs :-( but i guess its an ok trade for my abs lol.

Thank you for that. Ha ha I have the same indent on the sides that you do and i too hide it in my pics. So youre right, i might be able to see a difference if i dont do that :-)

Im doing new rules as well and the only time im sore is usually the first two workouts of a new stage.

I competed in track in high school. I did the 100m hurdles, high jump, long and triple jump. But i absolutely hated long distance running, i still dont enjoy it lol.

I would recommend getting the book new rules of lifting for women. It will show you everything you need to do and how and when to do it. Its quite easy to follow and understand. As far as being embarrassed i cant really help because im sort of the same way. I lift at home though. I still wont go to the gym.

Just stared new rules this week. Second time trying deadlifts with a barbell (was using 20lb dumbells before i got the bar) and i was so ecstatic when i liften my own bodyweight. 145Lbs!! Only 2 reps but damn i impressed myslef haha.

i was a gymnast from the time i was 18months old til i was 14. I have never seen a fat gymnast. Muscular? Very. But fat....no...sorry. Lol. I used to weigh the least when i would wake up. But since my schedule has changed and i work really early mornings i weigh the least now when i get home from work around 2pm lol. Was 145.8 yesterday after work and 147.8 this morning.

haha this! I have a friend on fb who posts all the time trying to sell them and posts when she uses them. The funny thing is the next day you will see posts about how she hates being 45 lbs overweight and how she goes to mcdonalds at 2 in the morning.
