  • Maxwell House, two cups ...first with little 2% milk, second with milk plus one packet Unjury unflavored protein powder(80 cals and 20 g protein) :glasses: Could not have coffee one morning last week due to knee surgery and got a terriffic caffeine headache,.....
  • Chick-Filet wrap and salads taste good and are better for you than most fast food.....

  • The trick for me is to never let myself get hungry......so you have to eat nutritious foods and not waste any calories....oh and I really make sure I have at least 60 to 70 calories per day of protein. When I started the protein is when I could stay on a 1100 to 1200 cal per day plan. I also include Unjury protein powder…
  • Diet Coke or any soda always has triggered my wanting other bad foods too. But it was very hard to quit. Took me several times, but I finally was able to switch to water and flavored water like Crystal Light Lemonade. I simply could not lose while drinking soda pop.
